We read everything that arrives. Corrections in particular are welcome — if you believe something on our SodaSlim review is inaccurate or out of date, tell us what and why, and we will check it against the source and update the page.

We aim to reply within two business days. Please include the page you are writing about and, where relevant, a link to the source you are referencing.
Order, delivery and refund problems
We cannot help with these, and writing to us will only delay you. SodaSlim Reviews is an independent publisher — we do not take orders, process payments, ship products or issue refunds. We have no access to your order, your tracking number or your payment details.
Anything relating to a purchase must go to the merchant's own customer support team, whose contact details appear on your order confirmation email and on the official product website. That includes:
- Order status, tracking and delivery delays
- Damaged, missing or incorrect items
- Refunds and returns under the 60-day guarantee
- Billing questions and payment disputes
- Product formulation and ingredient enquiries

Before you write, this may answer it

Medical questions
We cannot answer questions about your personal health, medication interactions or whether a supplement is appropriate for your circumstances. We are not clinicians and it would be irresponsible to guess. Please speak with your doctor or pharmacist — a pharmacist in particular can check interactions with your current prescriptions in a couple of minutes and free of charge.

Every product page on this site discloses its affiliate relationship, cites the literature it relies on, and states the weaknesses of the product alongside the strengths.
